China Finance Online Announces Vice President and COO Bo Wu’s Resignation

Beijing, China—August 9, 2005-- China Finance Online Co., Limited (Nasdaq:JRJC), a leading Chinese online financial information and listed company data provider, today announced that Mr. Bo Wu has resigned as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company for family reasons, effective immediately. Mr. Bo Wu will move back to Shanghai to spend more time with his family.
